Competitors participate in Dobroyd Aquatic Club Incorporated events entirely at their own risk. Dobroyd Aquatic Club Incorporated will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during or after any event.

RMS – Maritime Aquatic Licence Conditions

Competitors participating in Dobroyd Aquatic Club Incorporated events on the basis that they expressly and unreservedly indemnify RMS Maritime from all liability associated with the DAC event and releases RMS Maritime from any actions, of whatsoever nature, that may be instituted in relation to the event. Acceptance of this condition constitutes irrevocable acceptance of this condition.
