People wanting to hire Dobroyd Aquatic Club Windsurfing equipment must be members of the club. If under 16 the individual must be supervised by a parent/guardian or instructor (this is to be agreed upon prior to a hire).

Hirers may not get the same gear each session, and are expected to share the different equipment with other hirers to allow all to gain broader experience. Area of use is Iron Cove west of Iron Cove Bridge excluding moorings and paying attention to navigational marks. Hirer shall follow directions of the race committee and the club rep. DAC may terminate this agreement at any time and refund the fee on a pro rata basis. It is expected after a period of practice, participants will grow out of the training equipment and buy their own.
